Terms & Conditions

Workshop suitability
The delegate will be solely responsible for determining whether the workshop is sufficient and suitable
for their needs.

Payment of workshop fees
Payments must be made in GBP via Bank Transfer at the time of booking. 
Alternatively, you can provide a purchase order to receive an invoice. 
Invoices must be paid paid within 5 days of receipt. 

Payment or cancellation of the workshop
The service provider reserves the right to cancel or pospone the workshop. The sevice provider aims to notify delegates one week (7 days) notice. Delegates can choose to transfer to a later date or get a full refund.

Cancellation & Non-attendance
Cancellations received less than 14 days before the workshop are non-refundable. However, participants may nominate a substitute attendee at no additional charge, subject to approval. If the delegate fails to attend the workshop no refund will be made.

Refunds
Refunds will be credited in GBP to the payment method used in the original transaction.

Certificates
Courses are not accredited.
​A certificate of attendance will be emailed to the delegate after the course and submission of the workshop evaluation form.
